The only way to know the truth and realities about a man is to do a clinical introspection and painstaking research on the person.
As a research fellow and a development journalist my research and assessment indiction on any individual is not predicted on the standpoint of insinuation or hear-say rather it is base on defined and critical knowledge. As people that shape public opinion,we must be guided by truth not fiction.

Those who know me are aware that am not driven by rhetorics or sentiments, I only allow objectivity and sincerity to guild my cerebral instinct. That is why it’s difficult for any one to counter my position on any issue.

Recently, I decided to cast my research beam light on the man Emeka Ihedioha, the PDP governorship candidate in the state. I know him as bonafide son of Aronta Mbutu in Oke ovoro Aboh Mbaise LGA. Also, despite knowing him as a former deputy speaker of the House of Representatives, I equally know he has held some strategic positions in Nigeria. I also know he went to school,he equally passed through school and school also passed through him.

I don’t want to talk about his antecedents as a former deputy speaker of the House of Representatives and how he projected and galvanized the nation’s low chamber to international fancy. I wouldn’t mention how he midwifed the emergence of a modern legislative institution in Nigeria to a macrocosmic purview. I also don’t want to talk about how he used his legislative legerdemain to bring decency and re-engineering in the nation’s political firmament. Well, this is not what am here for, but the Crux of my intervention here is to unveil the reality about this enigmatic aplomb called EMEKA IHEDIOHA. To be sincere, Emeka IHEDIOHA is a rooted patriot who has clean hands. The truth is that you can only know the truth and reality about a man when you do a critical introspection on his person. Reality has shown that Emeka Ihedioha is an outstanding personality who has stamped his thoughts, vision and dream on the polity, on an epic scale. Another reality about him is that he is a man of his words. His mantra “my word is my bond” is not just a mere rhetorics but a word of covenant.

Emeka’s considerate attitudinal disposition to life is quite amazing despite his affluence that would have eclipsed haughtiness. This is what leadership is all about.

There is a striking intercourse and Synonymity between the name “Emeka Ihedioha” and good governance. The truth is that in Emeka Ihedioha lies the key that will unlock Imo state and create a society premised on rationality, integrity and accountability. Ihedioha leadership paradigm resonates with the observation made by the late sage Chief Obafemi Awolowo that, only the deep can call to the deep”

Imo state has remained in a suspended animation, this is because those in leadership saddle lack the necessary vision, passion, intellectual prowess, insight and charisma to deliver our state form the shackles of hopelessness. The magic of sustainable leadership and good governance can only be made possible by men of vision and transcendence like Emeka Ihedioha.Good governance and sustainable democracy anywhere in the world is a function or the presence or the lack of noble men of conscience, selflessness and patriotism; and their willpower to pursue the ideals of common good inspite of the base impulses to the contrary.

The reality here is that society building requires men of strong ethical persuasion and impeccable moral stamina. Imo state need such leader in this critical moment of our history like EMEKA IHEDIOHA.
